I will balance out my food intake, eating more than I usually do, but also eating healthier. I will start my dieting of constant eating and exercise. Every morning when I wake up, I will do 30 sit-ups and 10 push ups, as will I every night. I will focus my new main eating habits on meat and fruit, every chance getting; I eat as much as I can. Everyday that I get home after school, I will jog from Wallmark Lake Drive taking a left on Stacy Trail, a left on to Loften and then another left back onto Wallmark (this taking about 45 minutes to do.) I will get better sleep at night as well; I will start getting at least 7 hours of sleep every night starting on ‘Day one’.
Day 1:
Wake up- Do 30 Sit-ups and 10 push ups.
Eat Breakfast- Fruit smoothie and PB Sandwich
Go to School- Perform Gym actives at my best
Eat Lunch- Whatever’s on the menu
Get home- Walk around the roads
Eat supper- Pork Chops, cheesy broccoli, and pineapple bits
Get ready for bed- 20 sit-ups and 10push ups
Sleep- 7 hours
Day 2:
Wake up- Do 30 Sit-ups and 10 push ups.
Eat Breakfast- Hot Chocolate and scrambled eggs
Go to School- Perform Gym actives at my best
Eat Lunch- Whatever’s on the menu
Get home- Walk around the roads
Eat supper- Meat Loaf, green beans and Peaches
Get ready for bed- 30 sit-ups and 10push ups
Sleep- 8 hours
Day 3:
Wake up- Do 15 Sit-ups and 5 push ups.
Eat Breakfast- Milk and PB Sandwich
Go to School- Perform Gym actives at my best
Eat Lunch- Whatever’s on the menu
Get home- Walk around the roads
Eat supper- Chicken Fingers, cheesy vegetables, and a Tangerine orange
Get ready for bed- 25 sit-ups and 5 push ups
Sleep- 6 hours
Day 4:
Wake up- Do 20 Sit-ups and 15 push ups.
Eat Breakfast- Sunny side-up eggs with milk
Go to School- Perform Gym actives at my best
Eat Lunch- Whatever’s on the menu
Get home- Walk around the roads
Eat supper- Steak and mashed potatoes with water
Get ready for bed- 35 sit-ups and 5 push ups
Sleep- 8 hours
Day 5:
Wake up- Do 30 Sit-ups and 10 push ups.
Eat Breakfast- Waffles with milk
Go to School- Perform Gym actives at my best
Eat Lunch- Whatever’s on the menu
Get home- Walk around the roads
Eat supper- Spaghetti and Meatballs and an apple
Get ready for bed- 30 sit-ups and 10push ups
Sleep- 7 hours
Day 6:
Wake up- Do 35 Sit-ups and 5 push ups.
Eat Breakfast- Half a thing of Peanut butter
Go to School- Perform Gym actives at my best
Eat Lunch- Whatever’s on the menu
Get home- Walk around the roads
Eat supper- Pears and Ravioli
Get ready for bed- 30 sit-ups and 10push ups
Sleep- 7 hours
Day 7:
Slack off a little bit today
Wake up- Do 5 Sit-ups and 5 push ups.
Eat Breakfast- nothing
Go to School- Perform Gym actives
Eat Lunch- Whatever’s on the menu
Get home- Sit at home and do homework and video games
Eat supper- Lasagna and pineapple bits
Get ready for bed- No sit-ups or push-ups.
Sleep- 7 hours
